Matthew Libatique is facing three-year prison stint after getting himself arrested for allegedly becoming aggressive toward paramedics and police officers.

AceShowbiz - "A Star Is Born" cinematographer Matthew Libatique has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a public official.
The Oscar-nominated cameraman was detained in Poland on Tuesday, November 13, following reports he assaulted paramedics and police officers who were called to a hotel to deal with an intoxicated guest.
The 50 year old was in the country to attend the Camerimage International Film Festival.
"The patient (Libatique) suddenly became aggressive toward medical rescuers, used offensive words and hit the head of the emergency medical team," an emergency official says in a statement.
The cinematographer could face up to three years in prison.
Reports suggest a paramedic's tooth was broken in the altercation.
