Nothing much has changed of her character Constance Langdon although it's been years since fans have seen the Emmy-winning "Murder House" character. In the photo shared by Ryan Murphy, Lange's Constance is still rocking that same iconic hairdo.
Donning a black floral top and pants, Lange is seen joined by co-star Sarah Paulson, who serves as director of the episode she's in. "To celebrate 300 k followers, here’s a first look at the return of Queen Constance...the one and only Lady Lange...being directed by that dynamo of wit and talent Sarah Paulson. Love them both!" Murphy writes in the caption.
Lange was last seen on "Freak Show" that ended in 2015. She is set to make an appearance in one episode of "Apocalypse", reprising the role of Constance Langdon. Back in "Murder House" finale, Constance could be seen taking in Michael, the unholy offspring of then-human Vivien Harmon (Connie Britton) and ghost Tate Langdon (Evan Peters). Played by "The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story" star Cody Fern, Michael is now re-introduced as an adult on "Apocalypse".
In addition to Lange, other former "AHS" actors making a return for this season include Dylan McDermott as Ben Harmon from "Murder House", Gabourey Sidibe as Queenie from "Coven" and Emma Roberts as Madison Montgomery from "Coven". There is also Taissa Farmiga who plays both Violet Harmon and Zoe Benson, among many others.
"American Horror Story: Apocalypse" airs on Wednesdays at 10 P.M. on FX.
