The rapper uses a photo of Teresa Giudice's foyer for his recent mixtape without permission.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Chief Keef has been threatened with legal action after allegedly using a photo of a U.S. reality TV star's New Jersey home for his recent mixtape without permission.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice recognised the cover art for the MC's Mansion Musick, as she claims it is an image of her foyer in Montville Township, Towaco, which real estate officials had previously used to try and sell the property.

The Giudice family ended up taking the pad off the market, but Teresa has now turned to her attorney, James Leonard Jr., to take Chief Keef to court for the invasion of privacy.

Leonard Jr. tells TMZ.com his client deserves to be compensated for the use of the photo, which was published when the mixtape was released in July.

Chief Keef, 23, has yet to comment on the potential lawsuit.
