AceShowbiz - The Hollywood Hills home of tragic DJ Avicii has been quietly offloaded to new owners.
The Swedish dance superstar had purchased the spacious Bird Streets property for $15.5 million (£12 million) in 2013, with the open concept house featuring six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an infinity pool, and spa.
It also boasted floor-to-ceiling windows, providing stunning views of downtown Los Angeles.
However, following his unexpected death earlier this year, Avicii's relatives had realtors offer up the pad off the market, and it was recently snapped up for $17.5 million (£13.6 million), according to the Los Angeles Times.
The Wake Me Up hitmaker, real name Tim Bergling, was found dead while travelling in Oman in April. He was 28.
