'God will strike you down [and] more for lying,' she tells her ex-boyfriend on Twitter, before adding that she will share her side of story on her radio show.

AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj has unleashed her fury on her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels, accusing him of "lying" about an alleged knife attack.

Samuels, who dated the No Frauds hitmaker for 11 years until late 2014, shared his recollection of the alleged incident as part of a series of Twitter posts on Tuesday, August 14, shortly after Nicki revisited their bitter break-up in a candid radio interview with DJ Funkmaster Flex.

During the chat, she took aim at Safaree for apparently taking her generosity in the past for granted by repeatedly criticising her in public, asking, "How dare you bite the hand that feeds you?"

Unhappy with Nicki's remarks, he took to social media and insisted she is "holding on to a lot of hate" by dragging up his name in public again.

Without mentioning her directly, he then tweeted, "Remember the night you cut me and i almost died the police and ambulance had to take me out the crib on a stretcher and I had to lie and tell them I was trying to kill myself so they wouldn't take you to jail (sic)."

Nicki was quick to respond, firing back by slamming her ex for allegedly making up the knife attack tale as she accused him of stealing her debit card and using her funds without her knowledge.

"U stole my card & told me you thought it was an account with 'free money' that I didn't know about," she fumed. "On God. God will strike you down & more for lying."

Her Twitter rant continued as Nicki revealed she paid $10,000 (£7,900) for Safaree to undergo failed treatment to restore his hairline, and claimed he used the same doctor as rapper Tyga - the ex-fiance of her good friend Blac Chyna.

She went on to promise fans she would tell the whole side of her story on this week's (August 16) episode of her new Queen Radio show, demanding he "Apologize & STFU (shut the f**k up)".

"Ok I will take notes from now til #QueenRadio," she continued. "Nothing left to say on social media."

Nicki concluded her Twitter tirade by encouraging fans to "switch our focus back to the positive stuff ONLY" as she shared her pride for her new album, Queen, which she released last week, August 10.

"I'm in a great mood & you should be in one too!!!" she wrote. "To GOD be the GLORY!"
