AceShowbiz - Shakira has re-listed her gated home in Miami Beach, Florida for $11.6 million (GBP9 million).
The singer has been trying to offload the six bedroom Bay Road pad for years, and now her half-brother Antonio Mebarak, a realtor at top firm Douglas Elliman Real Estate, is part of the sales team behind the latest push.
The company is hoping the estate's famous address will help to sell it - Ricky Martin, Alex Rodriguez, and Jennifer Lopez have all owned homes there, and it's known as "the most prestigious residential street in Miami Beach".
Shakira reportedly snapped up the property in August, 2001 as part of a deal with North Bay Road Investments LLC. It was managed by the singer's mother, Nidia Ripoll.
