AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner surely knows how to start her birthday celebration. The makeup maven, who will turn 21 on August 10, has taken to Instagram to share a new sexy picture of herself as well as announce new makeup collection in celebration of the special day.
The picture features Kylie sporting a black bra, matching knee-high stockings and a platinum blonde wig as she hops into a bathtub filled with colorful balloons. The mother of one looks away from the camera as she holds a party blower in her mouth and wear a feathered crown which reads, "Secret Location." Kylie also sports a pink ruffled garment in the pic.

With her milestone around the corner, Kylie has plenty of things to be happy about. Besides her nearly a billion dollar business, the "Life of Kylie" star gave birth to her first daughter with boyfriend Travis Scott (II), Stormi Webster.
It remains to be seen what kind of party Kylie will throw for her birthday. Rumor has it, Travis is planning to propose to her during the bash. "He wants to use her milestone birthday as a chance to celebrate their love. Travis has been shopping around for a big diamond, he is determined to impress her with something really massive," a source previously shared.
According to the source, Travis even asked Kanye West "for some advice about buying the perfect ring and how to propose." The insider went on saying, "Travis thinks Kylie deserves something massive and outrageous to symbolize their love."
