AceShowbiz - Letitia Wright is the new face of Bareminerals.

The "Black Panther" actress has landed her first beauty campaign, and stars alongside models Jing Ma and Flaviana Matata, among others, in the new advert.

Talking about why the make-up brand, famous for its dedication to clean, toxin-free beauty, teamed with the 24-year-old, Jill Scalamandre, president of global marketing for bareMinerals, has revealed it was actually Letitia's idea.

"The agency came to me and said, 'We want to use Letitia Wright for the campaign.' And I said, 'Why?' Because we're not a celebrity brand and I didn't want to start going down that route. And they said, 'She uses the product,'" Jill exclusively told WENN. "And her agent had talked to us and said she's getting other offers but she's a Bare user and she feels loyal to the brand so she really wants to do Bare."

After unveiling the Guyanese-British actress as their new face on Instagram on Thursday, July 26, fans shared their excitement, with one stating: "This gives me chills".

Jill further explained that Letitia's attitude to clean beauty aligns with the brand's own philosophy.

"We asked how important it was," she said. "Everything that came out of her mouth was really from her. She believes in being clean and putting healthy things on the skin, and especially when she's going in make-up when she's doing her films, it can really cover your face, so clean is what's important to her when we spoke."

The Primetime Emmy Award-nominated actress was most recently seen in "Avengers: Infinity War", where she reprised her role of Shuri, the younger sister of Chadwick Boseman's "Black Panther".
