AceShowbiz - Karl Cook couldn't help teasing his new wife Kaley Cuoco over her recent shoulder surgery. The equestrian filmed the actress falling asleep and snoring in a car as they're heading home from the hospital after her surgery.
He filmed Kaley from up-close to capture the sound of her snores. "Snoring like a distressed walrus. I love you so much honey but wow!" Karl captioned the video, adding the hashtag #shouldersurgeryhoneymoon.
Karl also poked fun at "The Big Bang Theory" star by sharing a photo of her bawling in a hospital bed. "Everyone has their own version of a newlywed glow... well @normancook yours is memorable," he jokingly wrote in the caption.
Kaley, meanwhile, posted a shot of herself lying in a hospital bed as her new husband Karl sat nearby. She wrote in the caption, "When your 'honeymoon' is shoulder surgery and your husband looks just as happy lol on the road to recovery - thank you for all the love and support! knowing @mrtankcook I'm sure he will be posting tons of hilarious gems ... thank god my hair color is on point (@clarissanya)."
Kaley also documented her activities with her husband during her recovery, which included eating avocado toast and watching "The Greatest Showman". She also showed Karl attempting to do her hair. "All I'm asking for is a topknot ponytail," she said in one clip. Karl claimed in another video, "I'm pretty much a professional hairstylist now," as Kaley mouthed, "No."
Kaley explained on Friday, July 6 that her surgery had been planned a year in advance. "For everyone asking, because everyone's been so sweet and worried about me, this is a planned surgery I've had for over a year," the 32-year-old actress said in an Instagram video. "I hurt it over a year ago, did not need immediate surgery. So, I brilliantly planned it five days after our wedding. Right, babe?" Her husband responded, "Just brilliant, hun."
Kaley and Karl got married on June 30 at Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego, California after getting engaged in November 2017. They started dating in late 2016.
