AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen has taken aim at U.S. President Donald Trump for mocking the #MeToo movement during a political rally.

The TV presenter and model took to social media to openly brand the reality star-turned-politician a "dips**t" after he poked fun at the movement, which began in the wake of the sexual assault allegations against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, during a rally in Montana on Thursday, July 05.

Trump targeted Democratic senator Elizabeth Warren by ridiculing her claims of Native American ancestry, offering to give her a DNA test and referring to her as Pocahontas.

"We will take that little kit, we have to do it gently because we're in the Me Too generation," he told crowds. "We will slowly toss it, hoping it doesn't hit her and injure her arm."

Mum-of-two Chrissy, who has been openly critical of the leader since his election win in 2016, was evidently outraged by his comments as she shared a video of the rally on Twitter on Friday.

"How does this dips**t think 23 and me works? where does he think you swab?" she asked her 10.7 million followers, referring to popular genetic testing kit 23andMe.

"And why would you have to toss it? where is he going with this? his brain is eating itself," she added.

The 32-year-old's comments come shortly after her appearance at a Families Belong Together march in Los Angeles last week, which was held to protest against the separation of migrant families at the U.S border.

Holding newborn son Miles in her arms and with singer husband John Legend by her side, Chrissy took to the stage to urge Americans to support the cause.

"I'm incredibly proud to be a daughter of an immigrant," she shared defiantly.
