AceShowbiz - Conservationists have forced Ed Sheeran's European promoters to rethink two of the singer's upcoming German shows to save trees.

As a result, FKP Scorpio promoters have opted to move the gigs to an arena nearby, adding a third show to accommodate the smaller size of the venue.
Originally, a total of 160,000 fans were expected to attended the two car park shows in July.
Local council officials promised to replant the trees, but that wasn't enough for planning bosses, who nixed the shows, which will now take place at Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen.
Sheeran's German shows have been a nightmare for planners - they were originally scheduled for Essen-Mulheim airport, but organisers were told they'd have to relocate so as not to disturb a local skylark population nesting on the site.
