Kanye West, Diplo and Other Musicians Pay Tribute to XXXTENTACION

Kanye and hip-hop producer DJ Premier honor the late rapper, who was shot to death in Florida, on Twitter, thanking XXXTENTACION for inspiring them.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West is leading tributes to young rapper XXXTENTACION after he was shot dead in Florida.

The Look at Me! hitmaker, real name Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was hit at close range after leaving a motorcycle dealer in Deerfield Beach on Monday, June 18.

Police found the 20-year-old slumped over in his car, and he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Friends and fans have since taken to social media to honour his memory, with Kanye tweeting, "rest in peace I never told you how much you inspired me when you were here thank you for existing (sic)".

Dance star Diplo also remembered XXXTENTACION by sharing a snap of the pair in Los Angeles.

"Thanks for inspiring me," he captioned the shot.

"Condolences to family, friends and fans of @xxxtentacion," wrote veteran hip-hop producer DJ Premier.
