AceShowbiz - Sophia Bush once hit "One Tree Hill" creator Mark Schwahn in front of other producers after he grabbed her butt.
In November, Sophia, co-star Hilarie Burton, 10 other "One Tree Hill" actresses and six crew members issued an open letter detailing Schwahn's "traumatising" and "downright illegal" behaviour on the set.
Sophia opened about her experiences with Schwahn during an interview on Sirius XM's Radio Andy on Wednesday, June 13, telling host Andy Cohen she took physical action against him to stop his inappropriate behaviour.
"My mom's like a crazy Italian lady from New Jersey," she said, "The first time Mark Schwahn grabbed my a*s I hit him in front of six other producers and I hit him f**king hard."
Years later, she found out that the creator had raged about the incident when he went back to writer's room in Los Angeles from the show's North Carolina set.
"He came back being like 'That f**king entitled b**ch who does she think she is?' and this very sweet man named Mike, who I love and who is like a ride or die for me, was like 'Maybe you just shouldn't touch the girls,' and, Mark gave him the option of shut up and keep your job or get out."
After the encounter, Schwahn reportedly knew to stay away from Sophia, but she was aware of comments and late-night texts he had made to others, recalling one girl he was "super-obsessed" with, so much so that she had to move hotel rooms as he would bang on her door.
However, there were plenty of incidents the Chicago P.D. star had no idea about at the time and only learned about more recently, such as when Schwahn reportedly fired a writer for getting into a relationship with a girl he had a crush on.
Addressing people who questioned why she didn't just quit the show, the 35-year-old said, "First of all, why am I supposed to suffer and kill my own career because somebody else can't keep their d**k in their pants? Second of all, there is a whole crew that people don't know about."
Schwahn was suspended from his TV show "The Royals" after the allegations came out, and was subsequently fired.
