AceShowbiz - Gigi Hadid has vowed to keep her opinions to herself after comments she made about the Israel-Palestine conflict received an instant backlash online. The model, who has Palestinian heritage on her father Mohamed Hadid's side, shared her thoughts on the recent violence in the Middle East, where 60 Palestinian protesters were killed in Gaza.
However, her comment that "greed" is fuelling the conflict and her call for a free Palestine, did not go down well with her legions of Twitter followers.

She also clarified that she wasn't calling Jewish people "greedy" in her initial message, when Israeli education organisation "Stand With Us" questioned her use of the word greed, asking if she thought "that Jews who want to live in their homeland in peace and defend against shooting and bombing attacks" were greedy.
