In addition to alleging that Crawford is responsible for his onset injury, Wayans claims that the former 'hit another actor in the mouth with a bottle of green tea.'

AceShowbiz - Damon Wayans claims that his former "Lethal Weapon" co-star Clayne Crawford injured him onset during the filming of the FOX series. Right after the show was renewed for a third season without Crawford, Wayans took to Twitter on Monday night, May 14 to detail the allegations.

"Now that the fate of the show is solidified.. I'd like to address the TWITTER outrage with this video and image to follow. #directedby @ClayneCrawford,” Wayans tweeted alongside a video of himself being hit by shrapnel during a small explosion on the set.

The actor later followed it up with a second tweet that featured a close-up look at his injury. The back of his hand could be seen bleeding as blood dripped down his neck. "How does the shrapnel from this hit me on the opposite side of the head? #directedby@claynecrawford," he captioned the graphic snap.

"Below is a rendering seeking to explain yesterday's incident. It turns out there was a second shooter, to Damon's left, on the other side of the pillar behind which his character was crouched, which accounts for what he heard from his left side. @claynecrawford #noapology," Wayans explained.

Wayans didn't stop there. In another tweet he alleged that Crawford, who was fired from "Lethal Weapon" over "bad behavior" on the set, "hit another actor in the mouth with a bottle of green tea and busted his mouth open. @lancehenriksen a white man!!! #notanaccident #knowyourfacts!"

Both representative for Warner Bros. TV and Henriksen haven't commented on Wayans' allegations.

Wayans later shared a photo of a sticker he said could be seen around the studio lot where the show was filmed. The sticker has words that read, "Clayne Crawford Is An Emotional Terrorist." Wayans wrote in the caption, "Since @warnerbrostv is not defending me at all.. here's another photo of images other people were posting in and around the lot. Not me! He became UNINSURABLE! Relished in making female cry. And stuck fear in cast and crew. #dontblameme."

Crawford, who starred as Martin Riggs on the drama, previously issued an apology following bad behavior scandal. He admitted he had been reprimanded twice during the filming. "The first reprimand was because I reacted with anger over working conditions that did not feel safe or conducive to good work under the leadership of a guest director and assistant director who, in turn, were angry at my response," he said.

He continued, "I met with Human Resources, I apologized for my part of the conflict, and I completed studio-appointed therapy. I even shared a sizable portion of my paycheck with one of the parties involved per the instruction of the studio."

As for the second reprimand, he said that it was "during an episode I was directing. An actor on set felt unsafe because a piece of shrapnel from an effect hit him. It was an unfortunate event that happened in spite of all safety precautions and procedures being followed. I take responsibility for the incident because I was in charge of the set."

Recently FOX announced that "Lethal Weapon" would return without Crawford's Riggs. The new season will instead star Seann William Scott, who is cast as Riggs' brother.
