Music

The 'Famous' rapper is currently working on new albums, a seven-track solo album called 'Love Everyone' as well as a collaborative album with Kid Cudi.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West recently made headlines for the wrong reason, but you can't deny his musical influence lately. Amid his Donald Trump and slavery controversy, Kanye is currently working on his new albums.

Following his return to social media, Kanye announced that he would release two new albums, a seven-track solo album entitled "Love Everyone" as well as a collaborative album with Kid Cudi. Both albums are going to be released in June, with "Love Everyone" making its way out on June 1. Meanwhile, his collaborative album will be released on June 7.

Kanye then went on revealing that the cover art for "Love Yourself" would feature Jan Adams, the surgeon that performed a surgery that led to his late mother's death. Having a good heart, the rapper explained that he made the decision because he wanted to "forgive and stop hating."

After that, Kanye released what appeared to be one of the songs off the effort, "Lift Yourself". Even though he only delivered his verses near the end of the super short song, it still captured listeners' hearts as it debuted at No. 5 on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart.

He also released a collaborative track with T.I. entitled "Ye vs. the People", on which the rapper duo trading lyrics about their political opinions in a debate-type manner. The track debuted at No. 85 on Billboard's Hot 100, marking his first entry on the chart as a lead artist since 2016. Besides releasing his own songs, Kanye was recently featured on Travis Scott (II)'s new single "Watch", which found him rapping about his opioid addiction.

His new music aside, Kanye recently caused controversy for showing support for the U.S. president as well as saying that slavery "was a choice." But thanks to the controversy, Kanye managed to re-entered Billboard's Social 50 chart at No. 2, marking his highest-ranking yet on the chart.

The "Famous" rapper is currently back in Wyoming to finish his albums.
