AceShowbiz - Charlie Sheen is fighting back at the unnamed hooker who has accused him of putting her life at risk by keeping his HIV positive diagnosis from her. The woman sued the actor last year, claiming he had unprotected sex with her before he revealed he was HIV positive, but in new documents, obtained by TMZ, Sheen insists that's not true.

Calling the unidentified woman a "professional hooker party girl," he maintains she's a high-end escort, who has had sex with "hundreds, if not thousands" of guys.

Sheen also admits he showered her with money and gifts during their almost two-month-long relationship, and insists she always knew of the risks, because he came clean when they were introduced.

The actor has accused his ex-mistress of extortion, while claiming she is "stalking" his home and his father Martin Sheen's pad, too.

The "Wall Street" star also alleges the woman signed an non-disclosure agreement before they had sex, which requires her to keep her mouth shut about her time with the star.
