AceShowbiz - Kaia Gerber has landed another major fashion campaign as she was unveiled as the new face of Omega's new Tresor collection on Wednesday, May 2. Cindy Crawford's 16-year-old daughter was announced as the brand's new ambassador at a launch in Berlin, Germany, attended by the likes of Toni Garrn and Hannah Herzsprung.

"Like a lot of young women of my generation, I love the vintage look...," Kaia says. "As a model I get to wear a lot of beautiful clothes, but I'm most comfortable in jeans and sneakers and what I love about these watches is how they go so well with both looks."

In-demand Kaia was also recently snapped up by fashion bosses at Saint Laurent for their upcoming Fall campaign. A new video ad features her modelling the brand's latest designs to a soundtrack of The Velvet Underground's Venus in Furs. Bosses at the French fashion house released the footage along with four black-and-white images on April 19.

Meanwhile, Kaia's supermodel icon mom, who manages the teen and her brother Presley, recently told the May issue of Town & Country Magazine she's grooming her kids to take control of their own modelling careers, stating, "Eventually I want to empower them to be in charge of their own careers, but they’re not ready for that yet. Right now they’re mostly, 'Mum, just tell me what to do.' "

And she warned that anyone who takes advantage of her kids will have her to answer to. "As far as being a mother of two young people going into fashion, of course I worry, but let's be honest, my kids are blessed in that business because they aren’t coming in as unknowns," she explained. "People will know I will come after them if they mess with my kids."
