The 54-year-old reality TV star danced too hard when her halter-top, red silk wrap dress accidentally fell off, revealing her backside to the crowd.

AceShowbiz - "The Real Housewives of New York City" star Sonja Morgan had a wild night at co-star Luann de Lesseps' cabaret show on Thursday night, March 8. The 54-year-old reality TV star suffered a major wardrobe malfunction as she came out too energetic during her performance with de Lesseps.

Morgan, who donned a halter-top, red silk wrap dress, and de Lesseps joined forces to perform "Money Can't Buy You Class" at the latter's #CountessAndFriends cabaret show. As it was the highlight of the two-hour show, Morgan danced too hard while belting out the song. But then, her dress was accidentally unwrapped, revealing her backside to the crowd.

Despite the shocking wardrobe malfuction, Morgan displayed professionalism as the show must go on. Without missing the beats, Morgan kept singing while turning to get an audience member helping her tie the dress. The audience member failed though, but peace was brought back soon after she managed to secure it herself.

While some thought that the mishap was accidental, some others seemingly thought that Morgan did it on purpose. "She totally untied it herself," one Twitter user wrote. Another user echoed, tweeting, "There is no way she didn't do that on purpose."

Morgan previously joined 52-year-old de Lesseps on stage at the latter's first cabaret show back in February. "Sonja got on stage and danced around like the drunk aunt at a wedding," a source shared at that time. "You couldn't help but laugh and cheer."

A second source added that the "Class With the Countess" author poked fun at her December 24 Palm Beach, Florida, arrest at the first show. "Not drinking is exhausting," de Lesseps, who checked into rehab after the incident, told the crowd, according to the source. "I'm dead by 10 o'clock. I'm wiped out."

The cabaret show was directed by Ben Rimalower and Billy Stritch. In addition to Morgan and de Lesseps' performances, it included performances by Tony winner Laura Benanti, "Saturday Night Live" star Rachel Dratch, Bridget Everett, Scissor Sisters singer Jake Shears and Broadway stars Tony Yazbeck, Andrew Keenan-Bolger as well as Natalie Joy Johnson.

Meanwhile, "Real Housewives of New York City" returns on Wednesday, April 4, at 9 P.M. on Bravo.
