The 'Melrose Place' star's sister tells cops that the star's boyfriend tried to choke and kill her the night she was arrested.

AceShowbiz - Heather Locklear actually feared for her life the night she was arrested. After fighting with her boyfriend, police came to arrest her due to domestic violence and misdemeanor battery on a cop. Her sister said that her boyfriend tried to choke and kill her that night, which was confirmed by the actress in a search warrant.

According to the search warrant obtained by TMZ, when the cops arrived, her boyfriend Christopher Heisser was standing on the side of the bed leaning over Heather and holding her wrist while she was on the bed. Cops observed that Christopher bled from the bridge of his nose and there was redness on his chest. He told cops that she attacked and repeatedly struck him and at one point she bit his face while she was "crazy, angry and wild." He, of course, defended himself.

According to the actress' point of view, the fight started after Christopher lied to her. So she threw a can of Red Bull at him and he began choking her until she could not breathe. However, there was no mark on her neck. Regarding the lie that started the fight, she did not explain it.

When the cops arrived, the actress was combative and told the cops, "Get out of my f***ing house." Then she charged at them, grabbed one cop on the arm and kicked him in the shin. They eventually grabbed her and cuffed her on the ground. They said she was still so aggressive that they had to put a hobble on her to prevent her from kicking them.

Cops went outside, pinned her against her car and she screamed, "You f***ing deserve your kids to die! You f***ing deserve it! And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!" She went on, "I hope no one f***ing burns your entire department down, your f***ing police department."

The search warrant stemmed from what the actress said then, "Get the f**k off my property. Don't ever come on it. All of you are not allowed... I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and f***ing put another count against me."

During investigation, they discovered she had a .38 Smith & Wesson revolver registered in her name. When they went to her home, they were looking for the gun, ammunition, holsters, paraphernalia related to firearms, prescription bottles, diaries, clothing, mail and various other items, including Rx pills. However, they did not find the weapon.

Heather's 20-year-old daughter, Ava Sambora, has been urging her to get treatment. "After Heather finally agreed, Ava went away with her father (Richie Sambora) to get a break from it all," ET Online reported. Now, Heather is in treatment facility following the arrest after battling substance abuse for a long time.
