My one regret is that I got the person I love most wrapped up in all that: Rebecca," Eric said of the video scandal in 2014. The actor, best known for his role as Mark Sloan on "Grey's Anatomy", went on explaining, "I never had a family, and now I do. I know I'm a very lucky guy."

Things have been tough for Rebecca for the past few years as she was involved in a car accident in Hollywood 2001 which claimed the life of a 9-year-old boy name Jorge Cruz Jr. The actress, who was dating director Brett Ratner at the time, received three years of probation and a suspended license for a year. "Life has not been easy for you sis but now you can be peaceful," she wrote on her Instagram account following Rachel's passing. "[I'm] so grateful that I was able to be with my family during this time and want to say thank you to everyone for all of the love and support you've sent to me and my family."
