Michelle Williams reportedly has said "yes" to financier beau Andrew Youmans' proposal. Multiple sources have confirmed in the new issue of Us Weekly that the "All the Money in the World" actress and the New York financier are engaged.

"She wants a good guy and a stable family life," one source said of the 37-year-old actress, who has yet to make an official public appearance together with her alleged new fiance.

Michelle sparked engagement rumors when she attended the 2018 Golden Globes on January 7 wearing a huge, heart-shaped diamond ring on that finger. But the four-time Oscar-nominated actress denied the rumors at the time, saying that it's simply just a "beautiful jewelry."

"The Greatest Showman" actress also sported the ring during her New Year's Day vacation with Youmans and Matilda, her 12-year-old daughter with the late Heath Ledger, in the Bahamas. She looked beautiful during the sun-filled trip, wearing a red one-piece swimming suit and a floppy straw hat while flaunting her bling.

Michelle, who has become notoriously private about her personal life following Ledger's tragic death from an accidental overdose nearly 10 years ago on January 22, 2008, has not commented publicly on her relationship with 50-year-old Youmans, an Harvard Business School alum.

The pair were first spotted together in July in Rome. She was filming the Golden Globe-nominated movie "All the Money" directed by Ridley Scott at the time. The short-haired beauty looked beaming as she strolled down the street hand-in-hand with her man, stopping occasionally to kiss and sample local food.

Michelle has dated several men following Heath's death. She began dating director Spike Jonze in July 2008 after meeting on the set of "Synecdoche, New York". But the actress called the timing of their relationship "impossible," and ended it in September 2009. She has also dated Jason Segel and author Jonathan Safran Foer.
