Weeks after Suzy announced that she would make her solo comeback, the former Miss A member has given fans a snippet of her second mini album "Faces of Love" along with its track list. The short black-and-white clip features Suzy making various facial expressions, matching with some of her new songs such as "Holiday" and "Sober".
After watching the one-minute clip, Suzy fans, obviously, couldn't hold their excitement for her upcoming album, saying that they couldn't wait for it. "Omo! Such an amazing concept! Can't wait for Suzy's second mini album," a fan wrote. Another commented, "My ears are ready to be blessed with her amazing voice."
Prior to the release of "Faces of Love", Suzy will be releasing the lead track off the album entitled "In Love with Someone Else" on January 22. The album itself will be released on January 29. There are seven songs on her mini album. Suzy took part in both lyrics writing and composing. JYP Entertainment previously revealed that there would be four music videos for her comeback.
"Faces of Love" will be the first album that Suzy releases after her label announced Miss A's disbandment in late last year. "Our label girl group Miss A has disbanded," a rep for the entertainment label simply stated at the time. The announcement didn't come as a surprise for fans, though, as Min and Jia had left JYP Entertainment before the announcement was made.
Following the announcement, Jia took to her Weibo account to share her thoughts on the group's disbandment, saying that she had "a lot of feelings." She wrote, "I'm very grateful for my days with the three other members at JYP. Only because of ten years of intense training, is there today's Jia. People will eventually have to learn to be independent."
