The acoustic rendition finds the British singer and Bey trading sweet lyrics to each other in the second chorus.

AceShowbiz - This is indeed a big collaboration. Ed Sheeran revealed on Thursday evening, November 30 an acoustic version of his romantic ballad "Perfect" featuring Beyonce Knowles. The original song is included in his latest album "Divide (division sign)".

While the original song sounds soulful, the acoustic rendition sounds more gentle. The duo share the spotlight in the duet, with Sheeran opening up the song by singing the first verse and chorus over light acoustic guitar. Bey enters the fold for the second verse, changing some parts of the lyrics with dulcet vocals singing in the background.

"Well I found a man/ Stronger than anyone I know/ He shares my dreams, I hope that someday we'll share our home," she sings. "I found a love/ To carry more than just my secrets/ To carry love/ To carry children of our own." The twosome's voices mingle for the second chorus through the end of the song, trading the sweet lyrics to each other.

The acoustic rendition of "Perfect" is Bey's third big collaboration in recent months. Previously, the former Destiny's Child member joined J Balvin and Willy William for a raggaeton banger "Mi Gente". Following the release, Bey shared on Instagram that the proceeds from the song would go to CEMA, UNICEF and Somoz Una Voz. The songstress also recently collaborated with Eminem for the rapper's new single "Walk on Water".

Meanwhile, for Ed, the rendition is his second big collaboration this year. It follows his collaborative track with pal Taylor Swift and Future entitled "End Game", which is included in Taylor's hit album "Reputation". The British singer is currently taking a break from his "Divide" tour after he was hit by a car when riding his bicycle in October. He has yet to announce when he will be hitting the road again.
