Corey's mother, Judy, insists that the HIV-positive actor did not rape her then 13-year-old son on the set of 'Lucas' despite claim made by a friend of the late actor.

Corey Haim's mother is speaking up about allegation that her son was sexually assaulted by Charlie Sheen. In an interview on "The Dr. Oz Show", Judy Haim said her then 13-year-old son was raped on the set of "Lucas" in the 1980s, but not by the HIV-positive actor.
Judy claimed she would have known about any instances of sexual assault towards her son as he was an open book with her. She said she doesn't believe that Charlie, who was 19 years old when the alleged incident happened, molested or raped her teenage son on the set of the 1986 film.
"I would have known if anything was wrong," Judy told Dr. Oz in a clip of the interview which was released on Thursday, November 9. She said that had something been going on between Charlie and her son, he would have told her.
"My kid hid nothing, he was like... transparent," she said of her late son. "He never hid anything, it's out of character, that's number one." She noted, "When my son was 13 he's not going to go and ask Charlie Sheen to go and sleep with him."
Judy did name another man who she claimed sexually abused her son, saying, "I have to tell you, that this guy [beep noise] is the guy that abused my son." It remains to be seen whether the show will reveal the name when the interview airs on Friday, November 10.

This comes after Charlie, through his rep, "categorically denies" the allegation that he sodomized Corey on the set of the movie. Corey's co-star in 1997's movie "Busted", Dominick Crascia, previously told the National Enquirer that Charlie corrupted Corey with drugs and anal sex during the production of "Lucas".
"Haim told me he had sex with Sheen when they filmed 'Lucas'," Dominick claimed. "He told me they smoked pot and had sex. He said they had anal sex." He continued, "Haim said after it happened Sheen became very cold and rejected him. When Corey wanted to fool around again, Charlie was not interested."
