Mariah Carey is the latest Hollywood figure to be accused of sexual harassment. TMZ reports that Michael Anello, the head of her former security company, accuses the global pop star of sexual harassment.

The news outlet states that Anello's lawyer prepared a draft of a lawsuit, claiming that the star owes his client a balance of $221,329.51. In addition, the ex-bodyguard says that Carey promised him another 2 years of pay which would add $511,000 to the tab.

Anello, who worked for the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" singer from June 2015 to May 2017, alleges that Carey constantly humiliated him. He claims that Carey often called him as members of various hate groups, including "Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist," adding that Carey "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people."

In the draft lawsuit, Anello also reveals that the "Touch My Body" hitmaker committed "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello." He details the incident, which occurred during a trip to Cabo San Lucas. The singer allegedly asked him to come to her room to move some luggage. When he arrived, he found Carey wearing a see-through negligee that was open.

Anello said that he tried to leave, though Carey insisted he move the luggage. At the end, he left the room without any physical contact taking place.

According to TMZ, Carey's team reached out to Anello's lawyer on Monday, November 6 and agreed to pay certain invoices. However, Anello reportedly was not content with the amount. Anello's lawyer tells the site that the lawsuit is currently on hold, presumably because they are in the middle of negotiations with the singer's team.

Carey's representative claims that they have no information regarding the sexual harassment allegation.
