The 'Real Housewives of New York City' star charters private planes to distribute supplies to those in need and fly back to the states with sick and elderly.

AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel is doing amazing work to help Puerto Rico crisis after hurricane Maria. "The Real Housewives of New York City" star has sent multiple planes to fly supplies to areas that haven't been getting any help to assist relief efforts following the natural disaster.
"Paying my own way for Puerto Rico. Filling this B up w supplies," the Bravo star captioned a picture of one of the chartered private jets. She explained that the planes would be used to transport patients to the States after the supplies were unloaded and distributed to those in need.
"Here we are at our headquarters organizing and loading the truck for the planes heading to PR from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and NYC," she wrote. "Filling 3 planes with supplies, suitcases full of cash cards, pediatric supplies, insulin, hygiene products, medics, non perishable food, Rescue Warrior nurses, EMTs, combat medics. We will return these planes full of PR cancer patients, diabetics and people that are dying."
"We call this PR911 (plane 2). Loading this B up for Puerto Rico," she shared an image of the second plane. She added in another post, "We got a 4th plane headed to PR and working on a 5th! I'm bringing $25k in Costco gift cards, $25k in cash gift cards and approximately 15k lbs of food, water and medical supplies. With the planes return we will be able to transport PR citizens stateside to get medical attention."
The Skinnygirl founder also posted pictures and videos from the island, "Puerto Rican's saw our truck and are lining up in droves hoping to get basic essentials. We are the first relief efforts they have seen since #HurricaneMaria hit a week and a half ago! These people need your help."
She gave a look at the devastation on the island in her Instagram videos as she met with the citizens, "Complete devastation in Puerto Rico... People lost everything they have ever known, family members included. Yet positivity was vibrating around the island."
The reality TV star added, "People are starving, without proper medication and living in mud and debris. Babies are being washed in the streets. People grabbing at the trucks for anything they can find to help their families."
She additionally shared a picture of "SOS Water & Food" sign written on a white sheet by locals, "This sign is in the interior of PR where no relief is getting to. This is where we are sending cargo planes and helis."
