AceShowbiz - Liam Payne and Zedd team up to surprise fans all over London in a new video for their collaboration, "Get Low". The guerilla-style clip begins with the EDM artist saying to the camera, "Should we do it?" before unpacking a keyboard from the trunk of his car. He then meets up with Liam, and the two are off to treat fans to their impromptu gig.
With a keyboard, a mic and some backup dancers, the pair visit some busiest areas in London, including Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street and Convent Garden. They treat fans to selfies, sing-alongs and dance lessons. The Andrew Donoho-directed video also features grainy footage to highlight the spontaneous feel of the surprise performance.
In the description of the official YouTube's video, Zedd shares, "Liam and I decided to go to London and surprise fans with a street performance of 'Get Low'. We both wore backpacks with speakers. Liam had a mic and I had a little keyboard. We went to the most public places we could imagine to perform this with cameras following us. We had a BLAST filming this and meeting all of you. We hope u have fun watching it."
The Russian-German DJ previously said of Liam's involvement on "Get Low", "Without Liam, I may have never finished the song. He really pulled it towards a direction that I would not have and I love where it is. It's probably the most urban-ish influenced song I've ever done. It's insanely catchy and you're gonna hate it after a while because it's so catchy!"
Since the release of "Get Low" earlier this summer, the track peaked at No. 91 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 21 on Top 40 Radio chart. It has also amassed over 105 million digital streams. The song marks Liam's second release as a solo artist following his Quavo-assisted single "Strip That Down".
