The 'Star Wars'-esque artwork is a part of the group's new conceptual-driven project for the repackaged version of 'The War'.

AceShowbiz - EXO has revealed the cover art of their highly-anticipated repackaged album "The War: The Power of Music". The members are being cartoonized for the "Star Wars"-esque artwork. They channel their inner intergalactic adventurers as they smolder on the movie poster-style artwork.

Besides the cover art, the group previously released some motion teasers of each member. According to the latest update, the motion teaser images serve as character cards on the repackaged album. The upcoming effort will reportedly include a CD, sixteen character cards, four double cards, one random photo card, one group card, one manual, one poster and one page of graphic novel comics.

There will be sixteen random photo cards, and each album will only contain one. Random page of the 10-page graphic novel comics, which tells about EXO's fantastical adventures, will also be included. Additionally, the first 1,000 albums produced will feature a special hologram cover.

"The War: The Power of Music" is EXO's fourth repackaged album. It will contain twelve songs in total, including three new tracks, "Power", "Sweet Lies" and "Boomerang", in addition to the original songs featured on "The War". The repackaged version is set to arrive on Tuesday, September 5.

Last month, EXO's Baekhyun teased about the project. "Truthfully, we have a repackaged album on the way. There's no reason to hide this... 'Ko Ko Bop' is exactly what is is, an eve or a prequel," he said. "The title of out new album is 'The War'. You can see it as us enjoying the eve before the fight, then marching off to the real war. Right now, this is the tip of the iceberg. When we heard the concept, we thought, 'That's SM for you.' Their planning blew my mind."

Following the repackaged album release, the boyband is scheduled to make their first comeback onstage on "M!Countdown". They will be performing their new single "Power" on the show on Thursday, September 7.
