Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes may vehemently deny reports that they're dating, but evidence keeps mounting that they're indeed an item. On Tuesday, August 22, the alleged couple was reportedly spending the day together with Katie's daughter Suri Cruise.

Katie was earlier spotted taking Suri on a shopping spree at The Commons at Calabasas in Southern California after the 11-year-old's dance class. The "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" actress opted for a casual look in a red plaid shirt and blue jeans, teamed with patterned flat shoes and a large taupe leather handbag. Suri, meanwhile, donned a purple leotard, pink shorts and opaque leggings.

Around the same time, Jamie was seen at the same upscale retail center to pick up some treats from a local frozen yogurt store. Dressing stylishly in a navy blue polo, khakis and wide-brimmed hat, he bought some dessert from Menchie's Frozen Yogurt.

He was later seen heading in the direction of Katie's home in his Mercedes SUV. There are no photos showing them together though.

Katie and Jamie first sparked dating rumors in 2013 when they were dancing at a charity event in the Hamptons. In 2015, a picture surfaced showing the two holding hands in a studio. Earlier this year, in April, they were caught on camera having dinner together in the East Village in New York City.

They were several times hit with breakup reports, but they're apparently still going strong. "They are really happy," an insider tells E! News of the alleged pair. "It's easy and they are for sure very much in love." The source adds, "They are doing their thing as usual and keeping a very, very low profile."

As for whether they will make their relationship public soon, the source says, "Katie and Jamie will not at any time talk about their union. They like their life private."
