The 'Sign of the Times' hitmaker will dish on his life and career, as well as perform songs off his debut solo album in the exclusive one-hour show.

AceShowbiz - Harry Styles is set to follow in Adele and Michael Buble's footsteps by landing a BBC special of his own. BBC Music has announced that the One Direction star will open up about his solo success in music and acting in the upcoming one-off sixty-minute show, which will be hosted by his pal Nick Grimshaw.

Besides intimate interview about the British heartthrob's career and life, the show will feature Harry's solo performances. The singer, who released his debut solo album "Harry Styles" earlier this year, will belt out several songs off the effort, some of which he has never performed before for TV audience.

Nick Grimshaw recently said of the upcoming show, "Harry is a great performer and full of so many wonderful stories about his extraordinary career, which he'll be sharing with us, I can't wait for this show!"

Meanwhile, Guy Freeman of the BBC Studios shared, "These shows are all about creating a world in which superstars like Harry feel incredibly comfortable and alongside their brilliant, live performances, can simply have fun and enjoy revealing more of themselves to viewers than is ever normally possible."

The show will be filmed in front of a live studio in Manchester on August 30 and will be broadcast on BBC One in November. Registration to apply for audience tickets is open from 10 A.M. on August 21 until 11 P.M. on August 22. Visit here for further details.

Back in 2015, "Adele At The BBC", presented by Graham Norton, was nominated for Best Entertainment Programme at the BAFTA Awards. A sketch in the show, which saw Adele impersonating herself in front of Adele impersonators, broke BBC YouTube channel record by gaining over 60 million views.
