Jennifer Lawrence's "mother!" has got its first teaser trailer. The video gives a clear hint at the imminent danger that is coming, though it does very little in explaining the storyline. Lawrence's character is seen wandering around her house as she's heard questioning the identity of someone who comes to visit her place.

From Darren Aronofsky who directed the awards-winning film "Black Swan", "mother!" is described as a "riveting psychological thriller about love, devotion and sacrifice." It follows a couple whose relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence.

Javier Bardem, Michelle Pfeiffer, Domhnall Gleeson and Ed Harris also star in the psychological thriller. It will screen at Venice and Toronto Film Festivals before heading into theaters across the nation on September 15. The full trailer will arrive on August 8.
