A baby is reportedly on the way for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Us Weekly is the first to reveal that the powerhouse couple is expecting their third child via a surrogate, a San Diego mom in her late 20s, who is three months pregnant.
Kim, who suffered with life threatening placenta accreta during her two pregnancies, allegedly had begun searching for a surrogate in June and was referred "by an agency." According to TMZ, the reality TV star and her rapper husband have agreed to pay $113,850 for a surrogacy deal.
The couple has agreed to pay $45,000 in 10 monthly installments of $4,500. In the case of multiples, they will fork over $5,000 per additional kid. If the surrogate loses reproductive organs, she gets $4,000 from the couple. This is all in addition to the whopping $68,850 deposit given to the agency.
Reps for Kim and Kanye are yet to comment on the reports. The 36-year-old socialite and the 40-year-old rapper are already proud parents to 4-year-old daughter North and 19-month-old son Saint. Kim has spoken openly about her desire to expand her family since her Paris robbery ordeal. But two pregnancies plagued by placenta accreta have forced her to consider alternative options, including surrogacy.
