Nick stands by Aaron Carter after his troubled brother was taken into custody for DUI and drug possesion over the weekend.

"To my brother: I love u no matter what & if u feel the need to reach for help, I am here and willing to help you get better," he wrote. "Family isn't always easy, but we're all here for you."

Aaron and his girlfriend Madison Parker were arrested ahead of his concert in Kansas City, Missouri over the weekend. The 29-year-old musician was allegedly charged for DUI refusal, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and possession of drug related objects.
He was forced to pull the plug on his gig due to the arrest, citing "transportation issues" as the reason behind the cancellation. Hours later, he tweeted a cryptic post, "I'm coming to get you baby." There was still no mention of his run-in with the law.
Just days before his DUI, Aaron told paparazzi that he didn't drink.
