Wedding bells are on the way for Christina Perri and Paul Costabile. The "Jar of Hearts" hitmaker has taken to her Instagram account on Wednesday evening, June 21 to announce her engagement to her entertainment reporter boyfriend with a sweet photo of her sparkling engagement ring.

"Paul asked me to marry him tonight & I said yes!" the 30-year-old singer writes alongside the picture, which sees the V-shaped diamond engagement piece of bling wrapped around her finger.

The lucky man, Paul Costabile, has also taken to Instagram after the proposal to share a sweet black-and-white photo which finds him kissing Christina's cheek while the bride-to-be smiles widely at the camera.

Alongside the picture, Paul writes a romantic message. "I knew I wanted to ask this girl to marry me the day she walked into the green screen for an interview almost four years ago," he gushes. "I finally asked her right here tonight and she said yes !!!"

Before Paul, Christina previously dated Broadway actor Steve Kazee, whom she dueted with on her hit single "A Thousand Years" back in 2011.
