The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star reportedly is 'not speaking' with the father of her three kids and does not allow him to be alone with their kids.

Kourtney Kardashian's relationship with Scott Disick understandably continues going downhill following his latest PDA-filled trip to Cannes and throughout Europe. A source tells E! News that the oldest Kardashian sister "is furious about Scott's recent actions and is taking time to figure out the next step for their family."
The source reveals that the on/off pair is "currently not speaking." Although the Lord is "allowed to see the kids as of now," the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star doesn't let him be alone with their kids. Kourtney will send an assistant or handler in lieu of herself "when 7-year-old Mason Disick, 4-year-old Penelope Disick and 2-year-old Reign Disick go between their mother and father."
Earlier this week, Scott was spotted spending time with Mason and Penelope for a quick reunion in Calabasas. The restaurateur accompanied his kids to get some ice cream at Menchies before strolling around the city together. The children looked happy as they walked down the street hand-in-hand. At one point, Mason was seen pointing at something excitedly as his sister was running.
Scott is reportedly "hooking up with a lot of different girls," but isn't dating anyone in particular. "Scott has been secretly hooking up with Chloe Bartoli for over three months now, and Kourtney knows this is a ploy to get back at her for being with [Younes] Bendjima," the insider further adds.
During his action-packed trip to Cannes, the father-of-three was photographed with several young women, including Bella Thorne, Chloe Bartoli and Ella Ross. Recently Scott was reported to spend a night by chilling at an apartment balcony in London with a topless woman.
