Celine Dion and Cher were reported feuding at the recent Billboard Music Awards. According to Radar Online, the drama erupted backstage at the award-giving ceremony that took place on Sunday night, May 21 in Las Vegas.

The gossip site claimed that Dion was so upset about Cher. It further pointed out that the two legendary singers appeared to be friendly on camera, but they "dueled" while backstage. A source said the alleged drama started after Cher won the Icon Award that night, and Dion was't happy about it.

The publication went on noting that the 49-year-old Canadian diva and the 71-year-old legendary singer "have competing shows in Las Vegas." Citing the source, the site said that "there is already so much animosity between the two of them."

Cher, however, "does not care at all about the drama," the insider stated. During her acceptance speech, Cher told the crowd, "I've been doing it for 53 years. This is not an applause thing. I'm 71 yesterday. ... And I can do a five-minute plank, just saying."

Dion "did her best to save face last night," alleged the insider. "But Las Vegas is her stomping grounds, and she felt like she should have been allotted more time for her performance." As of now, reps for both famous songstresses have yet to comment on the alleged feud.
