During her appearance on 'The Tonight Show', the 'Dark Horse' hitmaker said that her latest song is an anthem for anyone who bullies us.

AceShowbiz - Fresh off her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", Katy Perry has crashed another talk show. She appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" for the first time in nearly four years, and it was worth the wait because finally we got some explanations from Katy about her latest controversial song "Swish, Swish" featuring Nicki Minaj.

Sporting a black sparkly jumpsuit with plunging neckline which showcased plenty of cleavage, she looked cheerful as she answered every question from the show's host Jimmy Fallon, including a big question everyone is dying to know about her alleged diss track. Jimmy asked, "Is that about anyone we know?" to which Katy responded, "I think it's a great anthem for people to use when anyone is trying to hold you down and bully you."

So, basically Katy confirmed that "Swish, Swish" is indeed a diss track for someone who bullies her. Although she didn't say any names, Taylor Swift is definitely in our minds now. Katy further explained that her songs are all about liberation. " 'Chained to the Rhythm' was about political liberation. 'Bon Appetit' was about sexual liberation, and 'Swish' is the liberation from all the negative that doesn't serve you," she said.

"Swish, Swish" has made headlines since its surprise release just a day ago. Katy was recently slammed by Taylor Swift's pal Ruby Rose for dissing her bestie on the track, calling it a low blow. Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj was also blasted by her nemesis Remy Ma because of Nicki's verse on the song which seems to be aimed at her.

"I think [it's] a very empowered record. There is no one thing that's calling out any one person," Katy previously said of her upcoming album "Witness". "This record is not about anyone else. This record is about me being seen and heard so that I can see and hear everyone else. It's not even about me! It's about everything that I see out there that I digest."
