Iggy Azalea's New Single 'Switch' Ft. Anitta Is Here

The pop-party banger is expected to receive positive reviews, since her previous single 'Mo Bounce' didn't do well in music chart.
Iggy Azalea's much-anticipated single "Switch" featuring Brazilian singer Anitta has finally made its way out onto Apple Music and Spotify. The Australian rapper takes pop route on the new song, probably in hopes that it would achieve the same success like her other pop-rap songs such as "Fancy".

With slick verses from Iggy and catchy hook from Anitta, "Switch" could easily become a pop-party summer anthem. The upbeat record features the duo showing off their confidence and sass, no matter what haters say.

"Kick in the door, wave in the four fizzy/ They already know they can't f**k with Iggy/ truce got smart and the rent due, you know that/ All black when I come through, it's Kodak/ Mirror, mirror on the wall/ Is Iggy the ziggy-iggy the baddest of 'em all?/ Why you come through and shut down the mall?/ All that a** deservin' applause," Iggy spits.

Meanwhile, Anitta chimes in on the chorus, "Change the game/ Switch it up again/ Then I go again/ Playin' your role, playin' your ro-o-ole/ Fantasy/ Turns reality/ Right in front of me/ I can have it anyway I want/ Red light, yellow light, green light/ Switch!/ This is about time you recognize I'm that b***h/ This is all that sauce your mama said you couldn't get."

Following the release, Iggy seems ready to provide a visuals for "Switch" as few days ago, she took to social media to share snippets taken from the filming set of the music video. She also recently posted on Instagram another clip, in which she dances with a crew of dancers while flaunting her body and booty in a sexy bodysuit.

Had so much fun filming the #Switch music video this week & I can't wait for everyone to hear the song May 19th 🚦 #SneakPeek

Along with "Mo Bounce" and Lil Uzi Vert-assisted track "Can't Lose", "Switch" is expected to be featured on Iggy's long-delayed album "Digital Distortion". The upcoming album follows up 2014's "The New Classic" and is set to feature YG, Jeremih, French Montana and more.
