Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are hit with split allegation yet again. According to a new report from Heat magazine, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and her rapper husband, who tied the knot on May 24, 2014, have been taking their time apart ahead of their third wedding anniversary as they are preparing to split.
"Right now, things are very tough for their marriage," a source reveals to the magazine. The source points out that the 39-year-old rapper, who suffered a breakdown and was hospitalized late last year, having flown to a remote mountaintop in Wyoming is less about his music, and more about escaping his marital problems.
"We're all concerned that this could be a sign their marriage is on the rocks and that they want time apart," says the source. "Kanye is in a very odd place in his life right now, so he's happy to take a break. Kim convinced him that this was the best solution for him, as it would allow him to take time out of the spotlight."
The 36-year-old socialite is apparently enjoying the space, too, alleges the insider. "I think she's enjoying the freedom to do what she wants, knowing Kanye's out of the city and has a good crew around him," so the insider tells the publication.
Kanye is no longer filming for his wife's reality show, according to the magazine. It goes on pointing out that last year, the mother of Saint and North went to see her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, "to get things in order in case they split."
Reps for the Hollywood power couple have yet to comment on the report.
