After months of being out of the spotlight, Taylor Swift has finally been photographed in public for the first time. The 27-year-old songstress was spotted arriving at the home of her parents, Andrea and Scott, in Nashville, Tennessee over the weekend.

According to TMZ which obtained some photos of her arrival, Tay hoped on a private jet to Nashville for a Mother's Day visit. The "Bad Blood" hitmaker arrived on Saturday, May 13, and stayed until Sunday, May 14. She casually dressed in shorts and blazer as she arrived at her parents' home, and emerged in a striped oversized shirt when she headed to the airport, where her private jet was waiting.

It's the first time Tay has been spotted since she performed during the Super Bowl weekend festivities in February. While the "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" singer hasn't commented on why she's staying out of the public eye for months, fans believe she's working on her next album.

Earlier this month, it's reported that Tay would release new music soon. "Taylor has been writing and recording her new album in Nashville for the last several months," a source revealed to E! News. "She has been working on it around the clock and will be making an announcement soon. She is really excited about her new music and can't wait to share it with her fans."

"She has entirely focused on that and not much else. She has been 100 percent dedicated to making music the last few months and that's it," added the source. When Tay took the stage at pre-Super Bowl concert in Houston, Texas on February 4, she said, "By coming to the show tonight, you are attending 100 percent of this year's tour dates."

In addition, Tay's reportedly struggling to figure out "whether or not she wants to continue in the pop genre." There hasn't been any clue whether she wants to continue with pop, which has brought her to fame, or back to her country roots on the new album.
