Gwyneth Paltrow and her ex-husband Chris Martin celebrated their daughter's birthday on Sunday, May 14. Gwyneth and Chris' daughter Apple turned 13 that day, with her birthday being celebrated at fantastical Museum of Ice Cream in Los Angeles. Featured in Gwyneth's Instagram post on the special occasion are the happy looks of Gwyneth, Chris, Apple and her younger brother Moses.
"Best Apple's birthday/Mother's Day EVER at the @museumoficecream," wrote Gwyneth on the caption.
Gwyneth also posted a picture of her daughter and captioned it with a heartwarming message. "Happy 13th birthday, you gorgeous human. You light up every room, my heart, the world. You. Are. Everything. I love you, schnapps," the Oscar winner wrote.
Besides celebrating Apple's birthday, the family also celebrated Mother's Day, with Gwyneth sharing an adorable photo featuring a mug and a sweet Mother's Day message from Apple. "You mean a latte to me," wrote Apple.
In honor of the special day, Gwyneth also shared a black-and-white photo of her older doppelganger, that is her mother Blythe Danner. The caption of the picture reads, "Happy Mother's Day to this amazing beauty and all moms everywhere."
Gwyneth and Chris tied the knot in 2003, but split after ten years of marriage. Her divorce from the Coldplay frontman was finalized last year. Gwyneth has been dating Brad Falchuk since 2014 and recent report said that she had got engaged to the "Glee" creator.
