Kim Zolciak has given the latest update on her son Kash Biermann's condition after being bitten by a dog. The reality TV star took to Instagram to share a photo of Kash's injured face, but she assured everyone that he's recovering well.

"Kash and our entire family want to Thank each and everyone of you for all your prayers!" she wrote alongside the snap that showed the 4-year-old boy's swollen eye with scars around it. "Kash has healed up incredibly and has perfect vision in his left eye. Stitches on his water line, and his eyeball was never touched! God is Good! We are so incredibly thankful and blessed!"

Kash was rushed to hospital on Saturday, April 22 and had to undergo surgery after suffering "very traumatic injuries" from a dog attack. The "Don't Be Tardy..." star didn't say anything about the dog which attacked her son.
