Wissam Al Mana recently updated his website, WissamAlMana.com, with a passage from the Quran. The particular passage is believed to be directed to Janet Jackson, to whom he was married for five years before splitting only three months after their baby boy, Eissa, was born.

The passage read, "You shall most certainly be tried in your possessions and in your persons; and indeed you shall hear many hurtful things from those to whom revelation was granted before your time, as well as from those who have come to ascribe divinity to other beings beside Allah. But if you remain patient in adversity and conscious of Him - this, behold, is something to set one's heart upon. - 3:186."

It was reported that the Qatari billionaire and the pop star decided to split due to cultural differences. A source told PEOPLE, "The cultural differences between her and Wissam became even more obvious [after Eissa arrived]. They come from very different worlds." Wissam is a Muslim while Janet was raised as a Jehovah's Witness. "For years, Janet tried to adapt to his culture. Since it's not a culture she grew up with, it's been challenging for her. She often felt she disappointed Wissam," the source continued.

Besides cultural differences, reports also said that Wissam had become too controlling during Janet's pregnancy, causing the youngest sibling of Michael Jackson to feel suffocated. "She thought he had become too controlling during the pregnancy and she had already allowed him to dictate her appearance and even the way she performed at concerts," an insider revealed.

Another rumored reason was because the 42-year-old businessman didn't show concern when Janet's mother, Katherine Jackson, was allegedly abused by her nephew. "That's when Janet made her decision that there was no turning back. She was worried about her mother - and Wissam showed little to no concern," another source claimed.

Both Wissam and Janet haven't said anything regarding their divorce.
