After revealing that she would love to have a third child, Kim Kardashian is facing yet another obstacle in her life. During the latest episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", she said she couldn't carry another baby and "surrogacy is the only option for [her]."

Kim shared that she underwent a procedure to repair her uterus that was ultimately unsuccessful. "So there's a complication with my bladder I had to have a catheter," she explained, "It's super painful and frustrating."

"After everything I went through, the surgery and it wasn't successful and didn't do anything. Kanye was really nervous about the surgery... but I know he would want to have more kids. I feel like surrogacy is the only option for me. Whatever is meant to be will be," she added.

Rumor has it, Kim already asked one of her sisters to carry her child. "Kim has asked her sister Kourtney to be the surrogate," sources tell Naughty Gossip, "She has said YES."

Another source claims that it's all for show as "KUWTK" ratings continue to plummet. "Kim's new baby storyline was developed by Kim, Kris and show producers very recently as a way to save the show," the source tells Radar Online.

"Kris offered Kim and Kanye several million dollars a week if they can get the ratings up," continues the source, "She knows that Kim is the last hope of saving them from cancellation."
