AceShowbiz - Kate Middleton and Prince William don't seem to repair their bond after the Duke of Cambridge's lads-only ski holiday in Switzerland last March. Middleton spent her weekend with her sister Pippa Middleton and their gal pals last weekend. Many people expected her to leave home since it was to celebrate her sister's bachelorette party in France, but then William also decided to leave for a trip, causing the public to wonder if their marriage is okay.
William could have stayed at home with his children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, while his wife took a short weekend vacation, but he still chose to leave, as if saying, "If you're going out then I'm going, too!"
Middleton seemed to be having real fun in France. A source told The Sun, "Pippa loves skiing so it was her first choice for a hen weekend. They stayed in a really exclusive catered chalet with maids and chef, who ensured that they were totally spoiled." The source also claimed that the owners wanted to impress the royal family, showering them with top-class service and gifts. "The owners also wanted to impress their royal guests so the girls were showered with gifts. They were given Swatch watches, Ugg slippers, leather-bound notebooks and bespoke fragrances. It was a very small, private party and they had an amazing time."
The whole controversy surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge began when Prince William was caught partying with friends during his ski trip to Switzerland when he was supposed to attend the Commonwealth Day service with Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles and brother Prince Harry. William was also caught cozying up with Aussie model Sophie Taylor. Middleton was nowhere to be seen as she stayed at home with her children while her husband spent his time dancing awkwardly to hip-hop and EDM songs. Sources said that she was "less than pleased" by her husband's behavior.
We will have to wait until we see the couple together again, but their current state doesn't look good.
