The 47-year-old music mogul takes a jab at the Canadian spitter following their numerous beefs in DJ Khaled's latest track featuring him and his wife, Beyonce.

Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles lent their voice for DJ Khaled's new track, "Shining". Khaled debuted "Shining" on February 12 on Tidal, just a moment after Queen Bey took home several Grammys. The song quickly made quite a buzz not only for having the power couple featured in it, but also for Jay-Z's controversial rap lines, which allegedly diss his longtime nemesis Drake.
Co-written by PARTYNEXTDOOR, "Shining" is an upbeat urban hip-hop track with "catchy" and "boastful" sound. Beyonce makes the hook sound even catchier as she sings in a "Drake-like flow", "All of this winning/ I've been losing my mind."
But Jay-Z steals the spotlight from his wife as he spits, "I know you ain't out here talkin' numbers, right?/ I know you ain't out here talkin' summers, right?/ I know you ain't walkin' 'round talkin' down/ Sayin' boss s**t when you a runner, right?"
The 47-year-old rapper's lines refer to his beef with Drake. Previously, the Canadian spitter cut Jay-Z from his album "Views" and decided to go his own way which apparently pissed Jay-Z off. Drake said in a statement last year, "I just ended up going with my version of the song... Jay didn't really do a verse."
Drizzy later continued, "I was just trying to get [Kanye West] on it first. Jay kinda just did my first few lines for me and that's how we flexed it. It didn't play out how I wanted it to go. Sometimes [Jay-Z and I] just fall on opposite sides of the spectrum. It's always mutual respect but sometimes it has to be from afar."
Despite his diss lines to Drake, Jay-Z proves he's a sweet father as he also mentions his unborn babies in "Shining". The father of Blue Ivy raps, "I want a boy and girl to fight for truth/ Whatever God give me, I'm cool."
