Is Kim Kardashian pregnant with her third child? The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star sparks pregnancy rumors after she was spotted cradling her belly while leaving a Kardashian family's gynecologist's office in Beverly Hills on Thursday, January 5.

During the outing, Kim bared her cleavage in an oversized black blazer and distressed jeans. The 36-year-old reality star completed her look with black sunglasses and strappy heels. She was also seen wearing a lip piercing.

Kim previously said that her husband Kanye West wanted a third child, but she was undecided. "My husband might be trying for a third child, but I am not. So, I don't know. Maybe that's kind of true, but maybe not really true," she said in April, "If it happened, it happened. But, I don't think we're trying so maybe it's not true."

But Kim changed her mind in November, saying she wanted to expand her family by hiring a surrogate. She told her mom Kris Jenner, "I've come to the conclusion in my mind that I can't carry another one. So now I want to explore surrogacy."

Kris asked, "That scares me for you. What if she gives birth and then grabs the baby and makes a run for it?" Kim replied, "I don't think she can. Also, the best thing, I could have a new baby and have no one know and live my life for a good year before we announce it. But I don't know if it's for me. I really don't know."
