It's officially over for Halle Berry and her estranged husband Olivier Martinez. According to a new report from TMZ, the pair have finalized their divorce, and will share physical and legal custody of their only child together, a 3-year-old son named Maceo.

In their original filing, both of them listed themselves as the petitioner while citing irreconcilable differences. However, Martinez allowed Berry to declare she left him first, as there is only one person who can be listed as the petitioner under California law.

Berry and Martinez started dating in 2010 after meeting on the set of their movie "Dark Tide" in South Africa. After announcing their engagement in 2012, the pair married in France in the following year. They filed for divorce at the same time back in October 2015.

The former couple announced their split in a joint statement. "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce," they said. "We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period."

Berry was previously married to singer/songwriter Eric Benet and baseball player David Justice. From her relationship with Canadian model Gabriel Aubrey, she gave birth to a daughter named Nahla, 8. Martinez, meanwhile, previously dated Kylie Minogue and Mira Sorvino.
