AceShowbiz - Jillian Harris got the best Christmas present she could ever ask for this year. The former star of ABC's "The Bachelorette" got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Justin Pasutto over the festive weekend. She took to Instagram on Sunday, December 25 to announce the happy news.
"Well THAT was SOME Christmas morning!!!!!" she wrote along with a photo of her and Justin as well as their son Leo in bed at Vancouver's Opus Hotel, joined by their two dogs. "OH MY GOD my heart cannot handle this much LOVE! @slipperygoose you've made me the HAPPIEST girl in the world," she added in the caption.
The 36-year-old interior designer ended the caption with "#Finally #IsimplyAskedForOneThingForChristmas." She and her fiance wore matching Old Navy pajamas in the image. Justin shared the same picture on his own Instagram page and captioned it, "Merry Christmas from the Pasutto's! ..... at least soon to be."
Jillian has been enjoying her new status as Justin's fiancee. She posted on Instagram on Monday morning, "Oh you know. Just having breakfast in bed with my 'FIANCE'," along with a picture of their meals.
Jillian and Justin met four years ago. "I was 32 when we met, and Justin was a fresh ripe 24," she revealed back in March. "BTW I SWEAR he told me he was 27, which I rounded up to 28... so in my mind we were basically the same age HAHA."
The host of "Love It or List It Vancouver" gave birth to their first child on August 5.
